This month's issue of
"Looney Tunes" from DC Comics may be Pepe Le Pew's most bizarre and twisted romance yet...even more so than his first cartoon, "Odor-Able Kitty", where his target was a male cat.
In this month's cover story, Pepe goes after El Toro...the bull from "Bully For Bugs". Pepe is either sick, stupid or both...

As Eddie Selzer probably would say:
"There's nothing funny about bull-loving."
Poor Pepè! they don't have no more fantasy at the DC comics! Why don't the fans suggest a real good story?
Hmm... well, since I don't consider homosexuality as "sick" or "perverted", and given Pepe's track record of not being able to tell a real skunk apart from a cat with white paint on its back, I'll go with the "stupid" option, thank you. ;-)
Well the issue isn't a total loss. They had a good story witch Hubie and Bertie where they convince Elmer's pet, Claude Cat that he has taltent.
Yes, Nic, the Claude story IS good. And the Marvin/K-9 story made me chuckle. And Anthony, it's not just homosexuality...it's homosexuality...between a bull and a skunk! To each his own I guess, if that's your "thing"...haha.
Agreed. I'm not offended by homosexuality, but that's not even the issue here: the idea that Pepe should mistake a huge, obviously male bull for a female skunk simply strains all credulity, no matter how dense he may have been in the past. Yeesh.
I think Pepe's in love with anything that has Black and White stripes down it's back. The last story in that issue has Pepe going after a lady with black and white streaks down her hair! I think it's kinda funny they put Pepe and El Toro together.
there could be 3 reasons which explains why Pepe flirts with a Bull or other animal species
1-the "Victim" is black with a white strip
2-Pepe has got some problems at his eyes and so he doesn't see clearly the reality
3- They like both chocolate!
other reason? boh? B33P!
In Pepe's first cartoon, he falls for a *male* cat, so this isn't too surprising.
