The New Pussyfoot...Be VERY Afraid!

Here's yet another entry in Warner Bros.' list of "How to ruin Looney Tunes". The less said, the better...

The first two seconds reminded of the opening to those Cool Cat-era cartoons. Not ideal for a Looney Tunes commercial at all...

That is so totally adorable...I just love it!

Eh, you shouldn't worry. That video has been up there for two years now. I think the project has been long since abandoned.

It could be worse, Tweety could have been in this cartoon.

Wow, why are you so offended by this? I think it's great. Art direction's wonderful, and Peggy Lee is always welcome in my house. How can this possibly "ruin" Looney Tunes for you or anyone? Is this short even official?

I'm with Frank on this one. You've showed much worse on this blog than this.

I was under the impression that Pussyfoot was a boy. But I'm not really seeing how this is "ruining" LT, seeing as how...LT isn't even on the air. I think that's doing more damage that this.

This spot was directed by Darrel Van Citters' animation studio I believe.
I guess they were going to use Pussyfoot's graphic look on various merchandise, which I think they already have. I remember seeing the odd fridge magnet with this style before?

At least it wasn't Tweety singing "I Enjoy Being a Girl" (I wouldn't put it past them, though).

I thought the video was actually kinda cute.

I'll bet Amid Amidi would enjoy this. It's got that UPA-influenced Cartoon Modern style. I'll also bet the suits at CN coerced Mr. Van Citters into making this (those sneaks!).

Hello! I'm new to this blog and I love it.

It seems like Pussyfoot is being groomed to be Warner Brothers' answer to Disney's Marie (from the Aristocats). I saw Pussyfoot merchandise at Six Flags Over Georgia.

I had read that the character was female years ago, but the gender seemed irrelevant.
