Here's a real oddity. This is a series of anti-"hard drugs" public service radio spots Mel Blanc recorded as the Looney Tunes characters in the early 1970s (according to YouTube user, "chrisclarkvideos", who uploaded this rare clip). Yes, it's Bugs, Daffy, Porky, Foghorn Leghorn and Yosemite Sam talking about the dangers of doing "smack and downers".

BTW, Daffy must have no problem with alcohol since he came into Porky's hotel room wasted in DAFFY DUCK SLEPT HERE; And that is just one cartoon.
As a matter of fact, wasn't every single of the major looney tunes loaded at one point or another ?
Hey, this fits right in with the 1990 CBS special "Cartoon All-Stars to the Rescue", where Bugs, Daffy ande heaps of characters from various cartoon series finally meet each other!... to talk about drug prevention.
Heh heh, and Mel Blanc smoked in real life.
I doubt the film exists anymore, but back around 1969-70, Mel happened to end up at an anti-Vietman War protest outside NYU at Washington Square Park in New York, and was interviewed by the reporter (from Ch. 4, IIRC), and gave his reply in the voice of several of the Warner characters. Definitely weird hearing Yosemite Sam say he's for peace.
