Here's another ad with Michigan J Frog singing about how we should watch the WB Network. This time he's singing an altered version of "The Michigan Rag" from the original "One Froggy Evening" short.
Any idea who directed these spots? I really like the animation of Michigan J. it's really fluid and enjoyable. I never had the honor of viewing the WB growing up, so I never got to see any of these promos before...
I find it interesting that Michigan J. actually has to resort to hypnotism in order to get people to watch the WB. Makes sense, given that their ratings for the 1995-1996 season were so abysmal.

Did the song change depending on the channel the WB was on?
I remember the song singing "Look in my eyes and repeat after me/Channel 11 and the WB" (since my local WB was on channel 11)
I have to agree. The animation then looked brilliantly done. Definately gets hypnotising when watched a few times over, too :)
