More Looney Tunes on Nickelodeon...

Here's a series of clips I found on various Youtube posts, and I simply saved them and edited them together for convenience.

The "hiphop remix" one is pretty clever, and the bumpers shown here lasted for several years.

There are two Looney Tunes promos from Nickelodeon that still elude us...the "Definition of Looney" ad ("That's right folks! Now we're looney tuney!") There was also an ad for "More of the Looney Tunes you want to see, and no more Bosko. Sorry, Bosko!" If anyone runs accross those two gems, let us know!

Ha! That Bosko ad sounds hilarious! I've never heard a more honest statement from a TV network (as didn't Nickelodeon only have access to the cartoons ABC didn't want?)

Yeah, originally Nickelodeon kind of had the leftovers that weren't in the ABC package (or in any other syndication/network package)...which left them pretty much with lots of post-64 cartoons, B&W cartoons, redrawn Porkys, and a handful of 1950s shorts.

Hey, I like Bosko. I thought some his short were pretty good, including the Looney Tune pilot.

Ah yes, I remember these ads. I also loved the intros for the looney tunes show.
