You may have noticed there was no mention of annual Hallmark Looney Tunes ornaments on the blog this year. That's because there was only one... and I didn't even feel it was worth mentioning (
Tweety listening to an iPod). However, the Hallmark folks have made sure our trees don't go without a
good Looney Tunes ornament for 2009. Check out this recently released
"limited edition" ornament based on Chuck Jones' classic "Rabbit of Seville".

A little pricey ($16.50? Does anyone know if it plays any music or something?), but it looks like it may be worth it.

It looks like an average limited edition ornament. I don't expect it to play music as the Tweety ornament in my book.
Oh snap! The Tweety ornament doesn't play music. My bad. :D
Well, it's no more than the regular ornaments
Sheesh - they're expensive!
I bought it just yesterday, I got the last one in that store. The cashier told me that there will be another limited edition coming soon (and I don't know who it is) but I think it's coming December. It looks very nice, my only gripes are they should used a better design for Bugs, and make Elmer's feet just a little bit bigger. They are TINY!
Also, if you happen to visit a Hallmark store, you should fill out a comment card...I was told they actually read every one of them!
